When I moved to Brunswick East, over three years ago, it became clear I had found my utopia. 5 different coffee purveyors within 5 minutes of my door, superb food of every nationality and for every budget moments away. Excellent public transport (Tram 1 / 8 only 150m from my front door and Nicholson Street Tram 96 a few 100 meters away on Nicholson Street). I walk to work in the city many mornings, meandering through parks and along canopy covered streets. Ceres is up the road where I do my organic veggie shopping or I visit any of the independent grocers along Lygon Street, a walk or short tram ride away.

Brunswick East is convenient and safe. Exciting nightlife with superb bars and restaurants. One of the best aspects of Brunswick East and this location is the number of villages/retail centres and other attractions in close proximity – Sydney Road, Nicholson Street Village, Rathdowne Village, Cinema Nova a 5 minute tram ride away.  The list goes on. It is a very exciting place to live however the apartment is tucked away with extraordinary views of the Mount Dandenong Ranges and the City. It is so quiet and yet you are minutes from the action. 

This apartment has a special character. The wrap around balcony extends the internal space to provide a unique inner city experience. The apartment feels very spacious. With double glazing and a number of other sustainable design features, you rarely need to put the air con or heating on. The building is very well constructed and designed so you rarely run into people – kudos to the architects (Rothelowman) for such a clever design! The storage cage is huge so you will have the extra room you need for all of your worldly possessions.
