What we love about this home:

15 Dobson Avenue appealed to us from the first time we saw it. The high ceilings, picture rails and abundant natural light add to the character and charm of the house. We have loved the time we have spent as a family in the open plan kitchen and living area. The lounge room at the front does however allow for a chance to retreat, even if just for a few quiet minutes.

Over the years it has been an ideal space for many gatherings with our extended family and friends, enjoying the tranquility of our back yard. The deck is a great space for entertaining or just to enjoy a glass of wine after work.

We have loved the location of 15 Dobson Ave. Both Macleod and Rosanna stations are in walking distance and there is a bus stop at the end of the street.

What we love about this suburb:

There is a great community feel about Rosanna. It is a beautiful, leafy suburb and home to the tranquil Rosanna Parklands, village shops, cafes and restaurants. It has a library that offers great programs. The annual Rosanna Traders Spring Fair is a highlight for children.

Many popular preschools, primary schools and secondary schools are all within easy reach. Rosanna is well serviced by public transport and is close to major hospitals including the Austin and Mercy.

Living in Rosanna, there is easy access to Latrobe University and major arterial roads including to the city, airport and the Ring Road. The picturesque Yarra Valley can be reached in a very short time.
