We moved into 138a Smith Street about 10 years ago, and have loved living in this vibrant & friendly area – it has so much to offer!

We have enjoyed the convenient lifestyle of living so close to great cafes, restaurants, parks and shopping that seems to get better every year.

Living a stone’s throw from the many friends we have made in the local community is certainly something we will miss.

Great neighbours in this friendly neighbourhood, and the convenience of all that Thornbury offers, has made selling a difficult decision for us.

The house is within walking distance to trains, trams and buses which makes for an easy commute to the city. When feeling energetic we loved to ride along the many bike paths or stroll along the Merri Creek, an outing our dog Oscar enjoyed.

We took advantage of the flexibility that the 3 bedrooms offered, being able to accommodate friends and family when they visited, and allowed a space for a home office.

The large sunny backyard gave us and our kids a great outdoor living space and provided an abundance of oranges and lemons every year.

We are now relocating to the country and will miss our home, Thornbury and the local neighbourhood.

We wish the next owners as much enjoyment that we received from living at 138a Smith Street.
