What we love about this home:

This 3 bedroom, single storey, weatherboard house has been much loved by us for nearly 27 years. The renovated kitchen has Caesar stone benchtops and glass splash backs and ample cupboard space for pots and pans. The gas log fire in winter in the open plan kitchen/dining area is very cosy. The peaceful master bedroom and second living area has lots of natural light. We loved the north facing private backyard.

What we love about this suburb:

This area gave us easy access to the popular Preston Market, and High Street restaurants & cafés. We also loved our bike rides along the Merri Creek Parklands to the popular Ceres Community Environment Park and walks to the Coburg Lake. In recent years, we have Woolworths, shops, cafes nearby and we are only 9 kilometers away from the city. We have great access to schools, trams, buses and trains to the city.

Why we are selling:

We are downsizing and obtaining work in the country in rural Victoria.
