What we love about this home:

It has an olde worlde atmosphere as you approach it, with a quiet elegance. The double-brick makes it cosy and warm in winter, and cool in warm weather. Its location is superb – close (5 minutes) to two Supermarkets, close to the Aquatic Centre, with the hospital and fire station opposite, and other amenities not too far away. The park next to it gives the house a “breathing space” and the singing and chattering of birds in the mornings and evenings is a bonus!

What we love about this suburb:

A quiet suburb with lovely houses to admire on a walk. A tidy neighbourhood with cafes and shops close at hand. Two supermarkets and convenience stores are only minutes away.

Why we are selling:

My mother lives alone and would like to be nearer to her daughter. We love this home but need to be nearer to my sister, so that my mother has care and company.
