What we love about our home:

We had our home designed by well-known architect Peter Brown to give a feeling of light and space. Some of the features include high ceilings, double glazed windows, decorative cornices, waterfall kitchen bench, a proper double garage and lots and lots of built in storage. The home is also an exceptional build by Pascuzzi Construction using high quality materials including all fixtures and fittings. There is even a self-cleaning oven!

We love the floor plan with a master bedroom suite downstairs that gives separate living zones for families or better access for elderly/disabled guests that might not wish to negotiate stairs. The balcony upstairs also gives a feeling of more space that complements the open area upstairs and an excellent bath to lounge some time away in.

We love the deck and the big slide back doors as well as the feature window in the kitchen. And of course, if you are a cat lover – look no further!!

What we love about this suburb:

This is a beautiful place to live, leafy, super convenient to everything and surprisingly quiet – 1 minute walk from Alphington Park, 5 minutes from the Yarra River but still only 1 minute walk from the bus and 7 minutes from the Alphington railway station (20 min trip to the city at the most). Easy access to the Eastern Freeway.

It is an amazingly friendly neighborhood, with excellent amenities and facilities. Great local doctors, dentist, physio etc. Fantastic variety of local restaurants and coffee shops- you really can’t beat CH James for a Coffee and the Fairfield Japanese.
