What we love about this home:
Grollo Homes architecturally designed our home with the luxury and first class workmanship that we were after for our family. With the front electric gate that slides open into ample car space exposed aggregated concrete driveway. The double garage with the race deck flooring and rear drive through electric roller door leads into an undercover carport and a large shed, man cave or workshop.
When sitting in the alfresco area we love listening to the sound of the water from the two stunning water features whilst having our privacy form the established tress.
The open living space in the kitchen, dining and family area with floor to ceiling commercial grade windows gives us a fantastic view of the manicured gardens.
For us the home offered luxury and room for our family to grow. Each bedroom is larger than normal size bedrooms to and can fit queen size bed and desks comfortably.
There is plenty of storage space in the built in robes in each bedroom, storage in storeroom and laundry. Grocery shopping can be brought in from the garage straight into the large walk in pantry.
What we love about this suburb:
The neighbourhood has friendly people. We love the small court with only 1 other home. We are located in a great pocket of reservoir in Central Creek Estate surrounded by modern homes.
Shopping in the area has also been convenient with easy access to Campbellfield Plaza or Reservoir Village. Walking distance to bus stops, Hughes Parade Medical Centre and LE Cotchin Reserve.
Why we are selling:
We moved a few years ago to be close to our children’s schools and now selling as this is no longer a necessity for us.
