What we love about this home:

Quiet. Great leafy outlook. I have loved the new kitchen appliances and cooking in the centre of the home as it is largely open plan, it’s been great to entertain our guests in the outdoor entertaining area and cooking on the barbeque there. This place just feels like home and I have loved coming home here and soaking in the bath.

What we love about this suburb:

Ivanhoe is a very family friendly area. Close to parks and schools. We have great neighbours who throw a street Christmas party. I’ve enjoyed the bike and running paths along Darebin creek and walking down to the Ivanhoe shops, cafes and restaurants. Ivanhoe is close to everything, and public transport make access to the city very easy.

Why we are selling:

We are sad to be selling our home. We love this house and have been very happy here but have decided to relocate to the Mornington Peninsula.
