We love the size of the home and how high it is. We especially love the view from the back windows. When we bought it nearly 30 years ago it suited our family perfectly. It is a solid, robust home. We also love being close to shops and the train line.

What we love about this suburb:

We love Heidelberg and how ‘green’ it is. The streets are tree-lined and people take pride in their homes. We love the facilities; schools, shops, hospitals and transport, and more recently cafes and restaurants. We also love the walking opportunities in the amazing parklands along the Yarra River.

Why we are selling:

We are now an elderly couple and we want to downsize and move closer to our daughters.
