After looking intensively for a home for myself and my children, I found a wonderful property at 54 David Avenue with Alex Dimopolous. I visited the home on numerous occasions and found Alex to be polite, informative and helpful. He followed up on my questions and helped me secure the property before auction. He also helped resolve an issue post selling that required him to follow up on a non disclosure issue for personal reasons without asking questions. He did not realise at the time how important it was to me and how his immediate followup to my request had a huge and positive impact on my family. For his quick response to my request, I will be forever grateful. So a thank you to Alex for listening. The staff at Nelson Alexander were all very friendly and it was apparent after visiting what seemed to be a thousand properties in the Keilor East and surrounding suburbs, that Nelson Alexander had the majority of properties. My only criticism would be lack of communication between agents/offices. After I bought, I was still being contacted two weeks later to look at other properties by Nelson Alexander agents.
