Excellent sales campaign and result
I received excellent service from John Cataldo and Nelson Alexander and would happily recommend them to others. As I live remotely from the property being sold I relied heavily on Nelson Alexander to arrange maintenance, staging, and inspections without me ever setting foot in the property, all of which were conducted to the highest of standards.
In the end though it comes down to numbers - 6000+ website hits, 70+ groups though on 'Open for Inspections', multiple bidders on auction day and an end result well above the high point of our price range. Couldn't be happier!! Thank you.
