What we love about our home:

The house was designed and built 11 years ago to create a practical and warm home to raise our family in. There are so many aspects of the house we love: plenty of light coming through the windows, loads of storage space within the kitchen, bedrooms and laundry. Our all-time favourites the backyard, we’ve created so many wonderful memories filled with entertainment and gatherings with our lovely family and friends.

The kitchen and dining area is the heart and soul of the house, that’s where our family spend most of our time together cooking and enjoying each other’s company. Another favourite space of the house is the front room, not only is it a luxurious space to relax and read a book but we also use this space to play board games and interact with each other.

What we love about the suburb:

Ivanhoe is a great suburb to live in. It’s close to the CBD, surrounded by shopping villages and nature.

You can enjoy a nice walk in the park then head to the Ivanhoe shopping centre within 15 minutes.

Why are we selling?

Our family is growing and sadly we have outgrown our beautiful home, we are moving on to something bigger around the same area.
