A wonderful result
Working with a Vendor Advocate the family was provided with a number of agents to consider. In meeting those agents, reading their proposals and in a discussion with the advocate Colin Abbas from Nelson Alexander was the standout agent as far as we were all concerned and someone in whom we had the greatest confidence. He certainly didn’t disappoint. Colin developed an immediate rapport with the family and provided us with sound advice on the presentation of the property, both inside and out with a particular emphasis on it being an ideal family home. This proved to be excellent advice when it was purchased by a family with that purpose in mind. All throughout the campaign Colin and staff from Nelson Alexander kept us informed of the level of interest, the potential purchasers and developments in the market as the auction date approached.
