Peter Stratakos and Celeste Tralli were amazing from the start. On first inspection of our home they understood the property and the type of buyer who would buy the house. Their advice on marketing was 100% on point. They were so easy to deal with and this did not change at any stage even after they knew they had the job.
They were extremely quick in responding to our every need. They could not have been more professional and organised. They kept us informed at every point of the process and were completely transparent and honest (demonstrated by the fact that they stuck to what they said to us at the initial consultation). They prepared us really well for auction day by going through all possible scenarios and outcomes.
On auction day we were genuinely thankful and relieved that we had chosen Peter and Celeste as our agents. Their experience, expertise and talent in negotiations cannot be underestimated. I believe we got the best possible price for out property because of this.
They also went the extra mile on auction day. As luck would have it, we had the worst weather in Melbourne for the past 10 years with much of Victoria flooding. Peter and Celeste were prepared for this holding the auction inside and arranged extra back up to be outside. They worked until 7.30 pm doing some hard negotiating to get the contracts signed and the job done on Auction day. They understood that time was of the essence and did not just leave us hanging until Monday.
We never ever felt alone in the process and at all times felt that they had complete control of the situation and the campaign.
