Peter Stratakos and Celeste Tralli were amazing from the start. On first inspection of our home they understood the property and the type of buyer who would buy the house. Their advice on marketing was 100% on point. They were so easy to deal with and this did not change at any stage even after they knew they had the job. They were extremely quick in responding to our every need. They could not have been more professional and organised. They kept us informed at every point of the process and were completely transparent and honest (demonstrated by the fact that they stuck to what they said to us at the initial consultation). They prepared us really well for auction day by going through all possible scenarios and outcomes.
