What we love about this home:

We have lived here now for 40 years! We started with a modest run down Californian Bungalow and over the years it grew with our family. So much has been so important to us. We have had a wonderful life here and hope another family can do the same.

What we love about this suburb:

Both of us grew up in the area. That’s the thing about Ivanhoe – you want to stay. Close to transport, schools, hospitals and shops. It feels like a village.

Why we are selling:

It’s time to move on. The house is now too big for us. We are downsizing but staying in the area. We intend to spend more time traveling and staying at our beach house.
