A seamless auction campaign    

A seamless auction campaign. I found Peter Jones to be very informative about the process and the progress of the campaign throughout. I felt that I was party to how the campaign was going at all times. Peter came across as respectful, friendly and supportive throughout the process. He presented as trustworthy, and in a business like manner at all times. I felt confident in his recommendations regarding price expectations and auction strategies. I also had confidence in the auctioneer, Tom Roberts, and felt that both Peter and Tom presented as a unified team giving me confidence on the day to make informed decisions. I did not feel under pressure to make decisions on the day of the auction (such as reserve rate) but was appropriately guided at all times by their expert recommendations. In addition there is a strong sense that both the agent and the auctioneer are experienced and knowledgeable in the area and have a good understanding of the Brunswick community in terms of property and people/demographic. I would highly recommend Nelson Alexander to others.
