Peter Stephens at Nelson Alexander was recommended by a friend, who sold her flat a few years ago.
Peter was fantastic, professional and wise.
I found that selling my apartment was quite stressful and subjective for a property value. However, Perter guided and advised me so wisely, which was big help for me to go through the process.
Prior to the auction, photographing the property and the inspections, both Peter and Sonya did their best, despite of my absence. Also during the campaign, Peter always informed after each inspections.
The auctioneer, Luke was also great on the Auction day.
He knew the buldung very well and his information on my flat was heard with his clear voice by everyone.
