What we love about this home:

We love the fresh airy and open feel of our home. This house has given us many happy memories. It has been easy to maintain, is well lit, spacious and has good solid doors to zone off different areas. It generally stays fairly cool in summer and the ducted heating is a winner in winter. Terry Street is also wonderfully quiet with no thoroughfare traffic.

What we love about this suburb:

Heidelberg Heights is close to so many amazing parks and bike paths in the Banyule area. It also has great infrastructure and is close to cafes, Northland and only 13km to the CBD.

Why we are selling:

Our little family has outgrown this house and is making a sea change. It will be hard to let go of Terry Street and we hope the new owners enjoy this home as much as we have.
