Outstanding Land Agent
After being in the rental market for many years, I can honestly say that Kathryn is the best property manger I have experienced.
Recently we had a burst water pipe on the property and Kathryn had a plumber there to fix it the very next day.
When I moved into the property, the advertised heater was not functioning and the previous land agent did not attend to the request for 18 months. Kathryn became my agent earlier this year an even among the uncertainty and turmoil of recent events, had the heater replaced and an asbestos flue removed within 2 weeks.
This shows how quickly and decisively Kathryn responds to situations that affect not only the Land Owner (integrity of the property) but the tenants who make that property their home.
I believe she is doing a marvellous job and hope that she receives the recognition she has earned.
