What we love about this home:

  • We are a very social family and the best part of being in this home is being able to share it with so many others
  • Everyone always feels at home and they say it’s warm and welcoming
  • The privacy and the fact that we have only one neighbour against the south side fence   – we have had 3 weddings – 15 New Year’s Eve parties –  25 Xmas days  – bands, DJ’s have never had an issue with any neighbours complaining
  • Kitchen – definitely the hub of the home – I have catered for over 300!
  • Sunlight all year around – in all rooms
  • The Kitchen  layout – I cannot fault it – island bench is so user friendly – can make pasta/gnocchi  on the marble – the mirrored crockery cupboard is the best – fits everything
  • The fact that all our 4 kids can have friends over to swim, play, relax, study – watch TV and because  of layout  still bond
  • Best street for kids – can ride bikes – use remote control cars and feel safe – No traffic ever!
  • Pool area is large and never feels congested
  • The back veranda with café awnings
  • Garden at night is absolutely beautiful – especially under the 4 huge pear trees
  • The kitchen appliances are awesome!!!
