KIm Davis - my property manager
This is the first time I have posted my experience with a real estate agent (property manager).
Kim looked after my property for certain periods going back a few years when my property manager was on maternity leave. A year later, I was not surprised with her promotion due to her work attitude. On the flip side, she no longer looked after my property once she was promoted. After that, a couple of other property managers handled mine without any major issues. Then she became my agent again about which I was so pleased.
One of the things I appreciate is her reliability. I am a migrant and I was struggling to accept that many others were unreliable (no show, no contact at a promised or agreed time, no service delivered on time, etc). I am still unaccustomed to reliable service. Kim Davis always keeps me informed in a timely manner. A while ago, she did not call me back during my suggested time, but later she sent an apology by email. That’s what I expect from anyone with whom I engage concerning all the matters of daily life.
If I owned multiple properties, I would no doubt want them managed by her.
