Thank you to the amazing team at Nelson Alexander, Keilor East, especially Patrick Phu, for your outstanding efforts in marketing and auctioning our property in Moonee Ponds. From our initial consultation, Patrick showed exceptional knowledge of the property market. The report he prepared helped us to make an informed decision as to how our property would best be marketed, to which potential buyers and what price range we would advertise the sale. From there, Patrick, with input from Fabian Rosin, assisted us with advice on how to best present the property. At every stage during the six weeks campaign the team consulted with us and involved us in crucial decisions. The end result was an advertising campaign that presented the home to a wide variety of potential buyers, in print, across the internet and in the paper. Drop offs were also done to gauge local interest, We appreciated the ongoing communications following each inspection to appraise us of the individuals and groups showing and interest in the house. The appraisal was always fair and constructive and enabled us to understand the pros and cons of the house. In the end, this was immense help to us arriving at a reserve price upon which we would be happy to let go of a home that meant a lot to the family. That task was not easy but with Patrick’s assistance we were able to arrive at a figure. What really impressed us with Patrick was the result he was able achieve on auction day. We’ve been to a few auctions and can say whole heartedly that his approach on auction day, his promotion of the location and home and perseverance was what achieved a result well beyond our reserve figure.
