What we love about this home:

We purchased this property 4 years ago as our first home.

We have absolutely loved transforming the original home into a more liveable modern version for our growing family whilst retaining its retro charm.

The garden, which is now beautifully established, has been a passion project of my husband’s since we moved in. The tall hedging not only provides exclusive privacy but also creates a relaxing green oasis of your own to enjoy.

Throughout the year the back entertaining deck has been used for entertaining family and friends and is easily accessible from the kitchen area through the back door. This convenient flow of this area was handy in providing a second living area for our family. We have really enjoyed this indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

In the winter months the huge windows fill the house with northern sunshine, providing natural light, warmth and reducing heating costs substantially.

The carefully selected light fittings, fixtures, unique wardrobes and fresh colour palette make the home something special and provide a unique character.

What we love about this suburb:

Reservoir has been a fantastic place to live in. We have enjoyed seeing more and more young professionals and families move into the area over the years making it feel like a very warm and safe area to live in. The location of our house has been particularly handy with the tram and train are both within walking distance for easy access into the city. We have such great choice of cafes to choose from, with now one just literally around the corner. Coburg Hill Woolworths is great local supermarket and so close that I often walk over to pick up some groceries.

Why we are selling:

We are having a tree-change and moving to the Macedon Ranges.
