We are the tenants at 26/184 Noone Street, Clifton Hill. We just moved into the property recently and Caroline Piva-Giblett has been our contact with your company. I just wanted to take the opportunity to highlight the brilliant job she has been doing. She has been a pleasure to deal with the whole way so far. In addition she did something recently for us that went above and beyond. We managed to (embarrassingly!) lock ourselves on our roof the day we moved in. We had no way of getting down and no access to our keys. We rang Caroline out of hours and she drove all the way from her home to the office to pick up the keys and then to the house to rescue us. She was absolutely fantastic about it. She really went above and beyond to help us out. So just wanted to call out to you the great job she is doing. Many thanks Andrew
