We engaged Patrick and Sam in early Sept to discuss an expression of interest campaign for the sale of our residence, 11 San Remo Drive Avondale Heights. This was due largely to enable us to manage the open houses and inspections as we are both professionals that work long hours and time poor.
The campaign ran for 1 month from early Oct - end of Oct 2018 in what is arguably the most challenging market to sell a large house and in a suburb that is always hard to sell a property, let alone at moment.
