What we love about this home:

We love the open plan living with lots of natural light.  It has been a great house for entertaining.  There is an easy transition from indoor to outdoor living.  We love spending time outside – the pergola means we can be outdoors any time of the year.  It is quiet and serene, surrounded by nature.

 

What we love about this suburb:

We have the Yarra Trail at our doorstep.  We’ve enjoyed many long walks and family outings there.  It really feels like we are living in the country – not a mere 14 kms from the city.  The Greville Road Shops are walking distance – our local doctor, pharmacist, newsagent, post office, bakery and coffee shop are all there (as well as the local pampering place for me!!).

We are walking distance to Banyule Primary School which is a great school and Viewbank College is just over the fence!  Our gate makes for easy access to the College and the kids love playing footy on the oval and using the basketball courts.

 

Why we are selling:

We are moving to a bayside suburb to be closer to family.
