Since moving in in Jan 2019
Since moving in in Jan 2019, the landlord and NA have responded promptly to issues, such as replacing the hot water unit, fixing the dishwasher, more recently replacing the oven and just today fixing a dripping water tap within hours of me reporting it. The rent increase was reasonable at then end of the first year. The NA team have been responsive to issues with the house.
