I have used Nelson Alexander for two of our properties. I have used other agents in the past but I did not get the sense that they 'cared' for my property. I also found they had a higher turnover of property managers and they varied in ability so I was never sure about what I was going to get.
With Nelson Alexander, I have experienced consistency of service and responsiveness. These are two things I value most in my relationship with our property manager Irene Fagliarone. She has always been willing to assist and support me as a landlord and has provided advice on a number of issues which I have found to be very sound and credible. Irene is always on the front foot about any issues that might arise. She genuinely cares for me as a customer but also for my tenants as well and I find this to be a very unique quality. I have no reservations in recommending Irene as a property manager or Nelson Alexander as an Agent.
