We have bought and sold in the West/North Melbourne area for many years, purchasing 7 Canning Street in 2007 as our family was growing.
We were immediately drawn to the street and the charm of the communal garden. In 2010 we renovated to further accommodate our growing family.
Our home is surrounded by gardens, Pleasance Gardens, front garden, our private courtyard and communal garden, making it a unique quiet oasis in the city.
All amenities that are needed are close by…public transport, restaurants (Sosta), coffee (Pocket), supermarkets, QV markets, hospitals, schools, Universities, Royal Park and CBD.
Long-time friends have been made in Canning Street and the surrounding area. Pleasance Gardens becoming a meeting place for casual gatherings for families in the area.
Our home is a light and bright house with plenty of space for a growing family & entertaining.
