I would like to give a big shout-out to Roland and Marly from your Fitzroy office. We had an apartment for sale in Carlton that was seemingly almost impossible to sell. It is small, and has no carpark - an obstacle most potential buyers found insurmountable. It is clean, modern and a great design by Milieu, but it kept sitting there. To their immense credit Roland and Marly just kept plugging away, never seeming to give up hope. Their enthusiasm for the project never waned, they worked so hard! Finally, seven months later, an enthusiastic buyer presented himself and within a week we had a sale. It was a really fantastic team effort, and Marly really excelled herself in the final stages. I take my hat off to these two - you have no idea how much we appreciated your huge effort. THANK YOU!!!!!
