Worth 5 Stars!    

After a 3 month search in inner-city Melbourne, particularly around Carlton North, last Saturday we bought a property. From the get-go we’ve been impressed with every Nelson Alexander agent we’ve had contact with. All friendly, responsive and informed. I’d like to particularly mention two people. Andrew DeAngelis became our ‘personal liaison’ agent. Alistair and I haven’t been in the real estate market for some time, so having only one person to deal with streamlined the whole process. It’s probably normal practice, but from our pov, it saved us having to direct questions and requests to multiple agents. Andrew listened to our brief and responded accordingly, sometimes stretching and challenging our thinking. Even though we were keeping a close eye on, he kept in active contact to inform us about new properties on the market. Because we live in north east Victoria, it wasn’t always easy to attend set inspection times, so on numerous occasions Andrew organised private inspections. He couldn’t have been more attentive (never pushy), and he followed up at all times. We came to trust his judgement on the various properties without feeling manipulated or pressured. In the end the relationship felt more like a partnership. James Pilliner was another agent we’ve had a bit to do with over the last months. Always very friendly, approachable and straightforward with his insights and opinions. We always enjoyed our contact with James. Our house-hunting experience has been very positive and Alistair and I can’t speak more highly of both Andrew, James and the whole team.
