After being the underbidder at my first auction, Cameron promised to find me a property.
True to his word, 9 months (and a few near misses at auction) later I secured my first home.
Over that period I would’ve seen upwards of 30 properties through Cameron, and 9/10 of those would be via private inspection with him as one of the first people to view these new listings.
It was a long slog, but I knew what I was after, and he took the time to learn what it was I was looking for - never once making me feel pressured or that I was wasting his time.
Coming from a real estate background, I know that most agents will simply take your contact details at an open, call you the next day to follow-up, confirm you have finance, then (other than their weekly listings e-mails) you’ll never directly hear from them again.
Not Cameron.
Every week he would check-in, and at a minimum he’d have at least one property to take me through.
From a purchasers point of view, I simply can’t fault him.
