Peter and the Nelson Alexander team were BRILLIANT!
Peter was absolutely brilliant in helping us sell our house. He came to our first meeting ready with a clear plan for the sale and only asked us to spend money preparing and advertising the house that he felt would be of value. He organised ALL of the trades to prep the property and managed them to a very tight deadline. After every open we received a call from Peter briefing us on the events of the day. The Thursday prior to the Auction, he met with us again and went through his list of prospective buyers and we discussed the plan for the Auction day.
On the Auction day, he met us and reiterated the plan and confirmed the reserve. The Auction was well managed by Peter and the result was well over our reserve price. All this was achieved in an off season sale, in a buyer’s market. Peter took a lot of the stress out of the process for us and we could not be happier with the result.
