I was introduced to the Fitzroy rental team by the sales team. The initial contact from the rental team was without delay and Grant Gifford was very easy to talk to and reassuring. As a novice landlord, the entire process was daunting, particularly when there are plenty of other horror stories circulating. It was also stressful as I was turning my primary place of residence into a rental. Grant placed my property in the very capable hands of Cheryl Garton to manage. Firstly, I had a million questions and Cheryl answered each of them patiently (I am not exaggerating on either part). She also has the best positive personality for this role and is highly engaging in conversation. I especially value this because she interacts with each person as an individual and not just a number. Thirdly, she certainly delivered more than she promised. One inspection, 3 attendees and a great tenant in. Nailed it. If I could draw any sort of comparison to my entire experience, I would compare it with an Ocean’s movie. In and out, job done. Except, this one’s completely legal. It is refreshing to see a business run as a well oiled machine and with a team that is highly professional.
