We have lived in this wonderful house for eighteen years.

We bask in its light-filled spaces enhanced by the large north facing windows.

We enjoy the beauty and functional design of the award-winning kitchen.

We have always appreciated our proximity to Edinburgh Gardens – just the best place to walk your dog and meet your friends. We often find ourselves gazing towards the gardens from our balcony barbecue area or from the upstairs bedroom.

We make the most of the location and routinely walk in every direction – to Clifton Hill, Carlton, the CBD and the MCG. If we don’t feel like walking there are trams just down the road.

If we decide to ride our bikes, Napier Street is a favourite two-wheel thoroughfare, providing access to the city and numerous bike paths.

It’s nice to be part of the 497 community, but the fact that our property has its own street frontage affords us a nice measure of independence.

We just love living here!

They Walk the Talk    

Nick walks the talk (to quote him) "Persistence Overcomes Resistance". We had many obstacles to overcome during our campaign and it started to wear us down but Nick remained upbeat and positive during the campaign which we must say, kept us on track and believing we would eventually sell. Charlie and Sheree we also delightful to work with and very respectful of the fact we were still living in the home we were trying to sell. They worked well together as a team and we recommend them wholeheartedly.
