We recently sold our two bedroom apartment through Nelson Alexander (the Fitzroy office), and we cannot recommend them more highly. Rick Daniel and Andrew Melilli managed the campaign, and were both extremely hardworking and responsive. We had never sold property before, so needed a lot of guidance through the process, and had the added difficulty of being based interstate. Andrew worked incredibly hard to present the apartment at its best, organising a painter, gardener and stylist on our behalf. Once the open houses began, Andrew seemed to be at the apartment every other day, showing through potential buyers. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a great result on auction day, and sold the property for well above our reserve price. Rick did a great job as auctioneer. We have no hesitation in recommending these two for the job.
