Owners Notes

We moved into our home 3 years ago when we decided to purchase our own home instead of renting. When we purchased our property it had been recently constructed. We were unfamiliar with Brunswick West however we found it to be a friendly, quiet & safe community.

There are numerous public transport options within walking distance. The 58 tram that goes straight into the city is only a 2 minute walk away. The 510 Essendon bus is also 2 minutes away which goes to both Essendon and Moreland train stations. Melville and Moreland Rd has multiple food options such as restaurants (Postmistress Italian restaurant and Harding’s Burger Joint), cafes (Miss Penny Cakes, Lady Melville Cafe, MaCo Cafe) and fast food (Red Rooster and Zizani Pizza). There is a Coles and 7 Eleven in the area and an IGA is opening soon within walking distance.

There are a number of parks within walking distance with Jacob and Dunstan Reserve just a short walk down Melville Rd and Clifton Park and Raeburn Reserve only a 2 km away. Royal Park and the Royal Melbourne Zoo are close by too.
