This is family home that has been in the family for 40 years. When it was first purchased, it was renovated. It is on a large block. The backyard was used as large veggie patch. This was the family matriarchs’ home and has given the family many happy and unforgettable memories. It is the first home the family had when they first migrated to Australia.

Sitting in the heart between Reservoir and Preston, this suburb has always been full of growth. Walking distance to the Regent train station, Gilbert Road tram 11, bus stop, Preston Market, short drive into the city, great schools and easily accessible amenities, it is the place to be with most things only a short walk away. Maritana Avenue is a quiet street with very friendly neighbours. It is your classic Australian neighbourhood, where neighbours have become friends over the years and are always there to help and support each other.
