Excellent result
We achieved an excellent result for our property in Princes Hill but that is only part of why Tom Roberts and his team at Nelson Alexander earned 5 stars. They assisted us from the very beginning, giving spot-on advice about what needed to be done to get the property ready (and what didn't need to be done). They helped us find a stylist, a painter, and a cleaner - all excellent services, appropriately priced and performed promptly. Then they helped these people gain access to the house while we weren't there.
In terms of the actual sales process, Tom and Attilia were very organised and gave us a clear timetable. We also got plenty of updates about the progress of the campaign. The auction itself was also very professionally done. Selling your house can be a very painful process and Nelson Alexander did everything they could to make it easier.
And then they got us a terrific price by getting three interested parties to bid enthusiastically on the day. Great work, Tom and all.
