As older vendors we were quite over whelmed by the selling process of our much loved home of so many years. From the moment we walked into the Nelson Alexander office Ascot vale we were treated with the utmost respect .We were introduced to Property Consultant Andrew Johnston. We just knew from the moment of meeting with Andrew that he would be the right person to take us through this highly emotional and what could have been a very stressful journey. Andrew was interested in us as he asked about our life in our house and what it meant to us. We had other agents who came with their ipads and sales pitches but didn't see US. Andrew's positive and friendly approach to all aspects of the campaign and more importantly the auction day prevented many breakdowns .Nothing was too much .
