What we love about this home:

We purchased the property 7 years ago as we saw the potential for a great family home.  The large fenced front yard is a great place to go out and play with the kids, especially with the tree cover and front deck.   The back yard provides a great place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends, especially in the solar heated pool.  Both the front and back yard are easy to maintain and the carport also provides a large undercover concreted space for entertaining.

The lower level provides a great open plan living space making it a great place to entertain or for family to come together.  The large front windows provide great light and the large trees in the front yard provide a level of privacy.

The upper level provides a great place for kids/teenagers to have their own space.  It is a large area which can fit both a lounge and desk but is still close and open enough to the lower level.

The house has a very homey feel even though it is double storey and has two generous living areas.  It is a great location with cafe’s, parks, schools, restaurants and transport within walking distance making it a great place to live.

What we love about this suburb:

We have grown up in Reservoir and love it!  There are great parks, cafes and restaurants with great access to the city and inner suburbs via public transport. It is both a family friendly suburb as well as a great suburb for young professionals.  Henty Street is a great street to live as it is very central.  There are great schools and activity that happen in the local neighborhood.
