Steven Shaw and Dee Spittal made the experience of selling my unit so seamless. Their advice is based on experience and should be taken seriously, even though, we tend to take on advice from everyone around us, Agents do know! They compared my unit with the recent market of sold and sale prices from the same suburb to help me decide on a selling range. My only criticism, is that if you are not willing to set your reserve within the selling range then discuss this before advertising. Nevertheless, my unit did attract up to 4 serious bidders and that was helped with the direction given by Steven and Dee.The sold price was much higher than my reserve (by $60K) and this was managed by Steven working the crowd with his expertise.
