Owners Notes

When we moved to Preston some 25 years ago, we were just starting a family and we bought our home with this in mind. We found 3 Shakespeare Avenue and immediately knew this was to be our home. Perfectly located, close to schools, public transport, shops, the city and other facilities, but in a quiet street surrounded by other families, we know our decision was the right one for so many reasons.

The house was and remains solid, but over the years, we have completely modernised the interior to suit a peaceful lifestyle but with an amazing entertaining area.

Our family has grown and flown the nest, and this home is now far too big for those that remain, so with a heavy heart, we are offering this home to someone who is at that stage of their life as we were some 25 years ago.
