What we love about this home:

We bought this home 14 years ago because of its period charm and the potential to expand on that and give it our own quirky modern twist. The updated kitchen is custom made and is a pleasure to cook in. With the double draw integrated dishwasher, induction cooktop and pantry doors that hide away, the kitchen is practical and functional. We also love the blackbutt hardwood floors and the reclaimed timber wall in the courtyard which is the perfect place to sit and have a coffee or a glass of sparkling.

The guest room also comes in handy if friends or family are visiting.

The garden at the rear is also a lovely place to sit and relax and is like a little oasis. There is also a ROW which is separated from the garden by a bespoke timber fence with a gate for easy access.

What we love about this suburb:

Firstly, let’s start with the neighbours. We have been blessed to have such amazing neighbours and this little stretch of Raglan Street is like a little community.

When we first bought here, there were no bars, restaurants or cafes within walking distance and now we are spoilt for choice.

There is also the added bonus of close proximity to parks and the supermarket and the 86 tram is at the end of the street, with the train station a ten-minute walk away.
