Anthony really is a one of a kind agent! It sounds like a cliche but it’s really true. We believe Anthony is a rarity; what some profess to do, he actually does with a quality and attention to detail we have not seen as a buyer or sellers. We were inexperienced sellers putting our beloved first home on the market filled with many nerves. Initially, we had 3 big name local agencies appraise and pitch for our sale but were left a little unsure. It was entirely by Anthony’s perfect design that we had 75 groups through in 2 weeks, giving us the opportunity to, upon his expert advice, sell at auction 1 day before auctions were ended. The result well and truly speaks for itself with less than 48 hours notice, 4 bidders were pushed to their very maximum just shy of a record price for the suburb. We honestly couldn’t thank him enough, weeks later we still can’t believe how lucky we were or maybe it wasn’t luck at all we were just blessed to have the best in the business working for us There is a lot that anyone that do but there’s some things that can’t be taught or faked; and Anthony had the X factor in spades. Be it the quality of the conversations, genuine care for people (buyers and sellers) or what he termed his ‘radically transparent’ approach, we would recommend Anthony to sell any property, any day of the week, anywhere.
