House sold for more than I expected, again.    

This is the second time I have used Nelson Alexander to sell our house, and both times it went really well. I bought my last house from Jon Mckenna 7 years ago and he has just sold it for us. The process was done during the covid restrictions, so timing wasn't great, but it couldn't have gone better. We had to do a private sale, as auctions were not allowed, and Jon kept up informed throughout the whole process, it sold fairly quickly and we actually got more for it than the listed price, as it went to a boardroom auction. I would certainly go to Jon again, but I don't intend to move for a while now!
