Attentive, enthusiastic and professional!    

We first met Josh Kalender from the Flemington office in 2016 when looking for our first home. He was incredibly generous with his time, helping us to understand the market and our options. Even though we didn't end up buying through Nelson Alexander, we appreciated how genuinely pleased for us Josh was. Josh kept in touch with us in the following years, helping some friends both to buy and sell in the area. Josh also helped us work through our own options as we considered whether to renovate or to upsize to accomodate our growing family. When we did decide to sell, there was really no question as to whether we would list with anyone but Josh.
