The recent sale of our property in Ivanhoe was a successful and stress-free exercise thanks to the professional approach of the Nelson Alexander team led by Nick Smith and Alicia May. Nick provided excellent advice to develop the campaign strategy and then worked very hard to implement the agreed course of action that ultimately gave us the desired result. At all times we were kept well informed on the status of potential buyers, their comments and concerns. Alicia ensured that all documentation and information was transferred and signed as required to which meant the sale process and the settlement all ran smoothly and without a problem. It was a great effort by Nick and Alicia especially considering that the property was sold late in 2020 when severe COVID 19 restrictions were in place which limited inspections and face to face meetings or signings.
