Over the past 12 months Kim has proven herself to be a great asset throughout an incredibly difficult time. She has demonstrated the utmost professionalism, compassion and a positive attitude while navigating some very difficult situations within an unknown space. Whilst I was stuck overseas I was constantly reassured that all of the properties needs were not only met but her proactive approach meant that this was one area that I didn't need to worry about.
