Fiona Hedderwick has worked in real estate for over 12 years, and there’s no place she’d rather be. Coming from the worlds of child care and hospitality, fast paced, high pressure situations are where Fiona shines the brightest.
“The variety of the job is definitely my favourite part of coming to work,” Fiona explains. “I love interacting with people, learning their unique stories, and establishing long term relationships with my rental providers and renters.”
Throughout her varied career, Fiona has managed properties of all types, from cosy one bedroom units to enormous family homes and even a farm or two. Her dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to maintaining honest and transparent lines of communication make Fiona a force to be reckoned with.
Having once been awarded Property Manager of the Year, Fiona is just as busy in her life outside the office. After hours you’ll most likely find her sewing, curled up with a good book, or spending quality time with family.
